I would not think so
Yes, and it is a BYOB.
Decided to have lunch here after riding our bikes on the D&R Canal Trail. It gets crowded but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. I had a panini sandwich, which was way better than I expected - must have been the honey mustard. Everyone enjoyed their lunches and the prices were very good. Staff was very friendly, place is clean - have to come back for their gelato, seems very good.
Absolutely the best Gelato in the country! (Also try that home made Apple pie!
Food is adequate to good. Not consistent. Biggest issue is the management, rude self absorbed. Really give customers the feeling that they should be grateful to be served. Found a sizable piece of glass in my mixed vegetables. The manager took it after asking some questions. Never apologized, later vocalized that I probably planted it to get a free meal. Then charged me for the meal.I was there with a large group of mostly local regulars, who were appalled at the managers behavior towards me and others.Wait staff was pleasent and apologetic for the managers attitude. There are plenty of fantastic places to dine in Lambertville & New Hope. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by. Have a pleasantly memorable meal at any of the other fine restaurants in town.Note: this is apparently not isolated, I've since found many similar bad reviews on Travel Advisor & Yelp
Great food, great service and beautiful atmosphere.
Authentic food for the carnivores and the vegetarians! BYO, and very affordable , great value. Dining on the covered veranda is good, but Beth is the best!
Great meal and service. Big portions. They setup a table for us in the outside courtyard which was perfect for a beautiful day. Everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices. No complaints from any of the 9 of us. We all left full and happy.
Went just for desserts. Great options, delicious. Would 100% go back.
Visited during the Shad Festival because they were serving shad tacos. Hopes were high. And they delivered. Enjoyed them immensely. Loved the historic setting. The artwork is for sale if you're taken by it. Quick attentive service. Next trip to town I just may stop in again!
We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant after a friend of ours brought us there. Situated in the cozy and interesting town of Lambertville, the decor is interesting and original, with touches of Italy. We were a group of 5 with different specific dietary requirements (some vegans, an omnivore, someone who eats gluten-free food and someone who eats seafood) but we were served respectfully and with lots of attention. The dishes I ordered (white bean soup, seitan with tomato sauce and brown rice) were exquisite. On top of that, my girlfriend was over the moon thanks to their vegan desserts. We'll make sure to go back to this restaurant once we go back to New Jersey.
Nice atmosphere good food great waitress! Best porch for an outdoor meal and can bring your dog.
Good food and service. Been here for dinner and brunch both were done to perfection.
I'm gluten intolerant and grateful this place had a gluten free menu. This is the first wrap I have had since diagnosed last year and it came out wonderful. My mom had one of the specials of the day, pulled pork stromboli which she loved. When we left I got a small mascarpone gelato, so good! Everyone was very friendly!
Amazing, exquisite gourmet food ... best kept secrete of Lambertville. Service, atmosphere as location is excellent. Casual restaurant with great food. Great job.
We love Caffe Galleria. It is a beloved community gathering space that has established its important place in our community.
Great food. Had to ask for coffee refills.
Great place ... great food .... outdoor seating too. Yummy !
Uniquely wonderful atmosphere and menu
I am devastated that such an amazing restaurant is closing! Not fair. One of my favest places to eat!!! Please don’t shut down !!!!
Delicious food in an unbeatable atmosphere. The porch is a slice of heaven all spring and summer long, and they have live music Friday nights in the summertime. We spent all of Shadfest on their porch and have been coming back ever since. Wish we'd discovered this place sooner!
Good ambience, great food, easy meter parking, good price lunches with wide variety of selections including vegetarian and healthful choices. However, Dinner is a bit more pricey and service while attentive, could be a bit warmer, hence the 4 stars.
We definitely enjoyed both the food and the service here. They were so nice that it's difficult to imagine having a poor experience here. The pasta dishes and appetizers are amazing. The desserts are good too! Our server was very attentive. It's BYOB so they will gladly provide glassware for your use if you bring a bottle of wine. The only negatives are that it can get quite warm and noisy inside. It was 85 degrees in the restaurant with no fans or cooling to be seen. They had someone set up playing live music with a PA system that's probably appropriate for a medium or large hall. Way too loud for this small dining room and I don't enjoy shouting to have a conversation.
My family has been here a few times. Food is always pretty good, but I do have to point something out. Last time I was there, about two weeks ago, I noticed cobwebs and dead bugs by the windows in the room on the left. It sort of ruined that experience for me to be honest. I know it's an old home but that is just gross and makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. I hope that manager see this and cleans that up.
Food is delicious and nice vegan options. Tofu scramble with potatoes and rye toast. Raspberry iced tea was AMAZING! They had a few vegan treats we brought home as well.
It's ok. Nice outside deck. Centrally located. Food isalright.
Waitress had poor demeanor. No black tea. No apple juice. No yellow American cheese. My sandwich barely had any cheese on it. Garbage & food debris under the tables. Spider web attached to my table corner.
Surely a spot worth stopping by, the food is awesome and fresh, the cost is fair and it is regularly neat here. Highly recommended.
service was amazing, so quick and everyone was so nice! Food was AMAZING and the crepes are to die for! LOVE THIS PLACE!
In the quaint town of Lambertville, Caffe Galleria offers breakfast, lunch and dinners. Truly caters to those who are vegetarian with a variety of choices. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Friendly staff, delicious food and an amazing carrot cake!
Simple , light and tasty food . Must visit if you are nearby .
Great, cozy setting, nice atmosphere. The food/dessert was delicious!! Staff very friendly, especially our waitress Ursula!!
Great food and specials. Great staff and live entertainment: Fantastic cellist playing pop tunes with a twist. Creative bathroom decor... One on my favorite Lambertville stops.
Great location right in the heart of the town. Good was very good and tasty. Lobster ravioli was a bit pricey at $34Service was quite good. BYOB
Healthy honest food. The coffee is particularly good and the OJ is fresh squeezed. Homemade bread and ham. Beautiful environment.
They provide gluten free options including dessert. The service was great and employees were very considerate and accommodating.
Nice setting. Food can be great or not. I have experienced off days. Nice service
An incognito vegan restaurant! Good prices, HUGE portions, excellent service.
This is a decent place for lunch. The paninis we ordered were pretty good. Prices reasonable and waitress was helpful.
Nice comfortable eating. I've been here twice and each time the food had been good. Staff is nice, acomodating, and friendly
Loved the coziness of the café and the friendliness of the staff. Had the delicious squash soup and home made vodka sauce with bowtie pasta, broccoli and mushroom. To finish off the hazelnut stracciatella gelato. Everything was wonderful, even the home made green honey ginseng ice tea.
Food is good. Service is lacking. I am not sure if the waitresses have sections. I only saw our waitress when we ordered and then one check-in. We got her to get the bill. They also don't clear plates after people finish so it makes the flow of people very slow. They have to clean up a whole table when someone leaves and I think they had one busboy.
Good food, nice outdoor seating and great music !
We've been here many times for breakfast, and tried dinner for our very first time with friends in from New England. We love the feel and the food is always delicious, but I'm only rating four stars. The service was painfully slow and we had to solicit service a few times in a dining room that was half full (at most). Only other issue was our guest's and my pork chops were dry and overcooked. Overall, we would love to rate them 5 stars... but tonight's performance didn't earn it.
Good location Easy to find Great place to meet friends and hang out Menu has a nice variety
I am a vegan and this place has the best vegan cheesesteak I’ve ever had. This is also a great place that has delicious non vegan food as well. Great BYOB
Service was AMAZING, food was absolutely delicious. And they brought out our food so fast! Highly recommend dining here!
Our party of six went for my daughter's birthday. The various meals were pleasing to the eye and palate. Service was friendly an attentive. Everyone enjoyed our visit.
We always came here for brunch when visiting New Hope as it was always solid food and service. After our experience today, I was really disappointed in both the food and the attitude of one of the waitresses, who I believe was a manager. The portions were smaller, food was cold, bread was hard, and home fries changed. I brought a bunch of friends here and it ended up being a big mistake. Our waitress was nice and apologetic, but I’ll be trying other brunch spots in New Hope after this experience. Whether its a change in management or an off day in the kitchen, things need to get back to how they used to be.
I love this cozy restaurant so much. Lots of vegan options, including soup. Great salads. I can't wait to return
The Restaurant itself is very neat. Looks very historic and was once a home possibly. A lot of paintings are hung. Outdoor seating available. Something for everyone on the menu and vegan dessert options too!
Gonna miss this place when it closes its doors. I had my first date with my fiancee there outside in the patio. They always supported live music.
